Rev. CHRIS OYAKHILOME...

Minister Chris Oyakhilome… unquestionably a Crowd Magnet!!
It is no ifs ands or buts that a portion of the best social occasions have been gone to by Christian disciples; my interest with the "whys" and "wheres" of such groundbreaking occasions tricked me to surfing the web and mind boggled was I at the assumes that gazed back at me.
A large number of individuals have assembled at a few spots in various parts of the world to go to campaigns, a considerable lot of these gatherings … .religious. A percentage of the 'group pullers', I'm certain you are as of now acquainted with: A Billy Graham 5-day Crusade in London and Paris had more than 2 million individuals in participation, 7 million individuals went to a week-long Benny Hinn Crusade in India in 2005. David Oyedepo held a campaign with in 1985 with 1 million individuals at the Tafawa Balewa Square in Lagos, Nigeria and Enoch Adeboye hit 5 million likewise in Lagos in the late 90's. The rundown is perpetual and noteworthy.

I was in one of such gatherings – the Good Friday Miracle Night with Pastor Chris Oyakhilome; it occurred at Km 40 Lagos – Ibadan Express Way on the fourteenth of April, 2006. It was labeled a night of signs, supernatural occurrences and favors; an age making throughout the night occasion which pulled in a colossal group. I for one feel the assessment of 3.5million individuals was unobtrusive in light of the fact that as indicated by the occasion coordinators, 2.6 million individuals pre-enlisted in the keep running up to the occasion. The reputation crusade for the meeting was outstanding, one of a kind and phenomenal; in the trademark Christ Embassy style, no stone was left unturned. The most marvelous part of the battle for me was the day a helicopter marked with the campaign hues showered hand bills on the thick populace beneath in the bustling lanes of Lagos, Nigeria's business capital. The outcome … Lagos stopped!!

On that day, all courses prompted the LoveWorld Crusade Ground and Lagos-Ibadan Express Way was stuck with human and person on foot movement in spite of the brilliant endeavors of government security agents. Minister Chris and his guard had an extremely intense time getting into the grounds – however I have perused a couple articles whose misinformed writers claim he was flown into the grounds by helicopter; take it from an onlooker, it was not really. Every last bit of the sandy ground of the LoveWorld Crusade Ground was secured by an eager group of onlookers, they were not "supernatural occurrence seekers" as some have said, but rather individuals of all ages and from all works of life who came to encounter the unmistakable vicinity of God that is clear with the man of God Pastor Chris Oyakhilome the marvels are basically a sign of this vicinity. The morning after the meeting, the streets and avenues driving in and out the venue were lattice bolted; street clients sat in vehicles for 12 hours and the sky is the limit from there - and the courageous persevered through the Spartan trek down the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway. It was accounted for two ladies passed up a great opportunity for their weddings, their parade was sandwiched some place in the static activity. The extraordinary occasion doubtlessly would stay permanent in the psyches of voyagers as well as in particular the group which had thronged in their millions to get from God.

Minister Chris Oyakhilome lectured the expression of God with force, he message, tended to principally to the country of Nigeria yet not constrained in its compass, was titled "Stop the Wickedness", as Pastor Chris served, the Holy Spirit cleared through the gathering bringing on the heavenliness of God to rest upon everybody in force. There were colossal wonders with a few thousands giving their hearts to Christ. It was a night of selective gathering, altogether review mode I get goosebumps on my skin simply thinking about every one of the groundbreaking things which happened that night. 3.5 million People assembled in a solitary night, not for games or excitement but rather for Jesus! 'It brings God to be with a man to have the capacity to draw in such a group for Jesus' commented an invitee, obviously standing up the considerations of millions around a man of God who has reliably been a "Great God"

SETTING A DIRECTION VS PLANNING AND BUDGETING

Since the function of leadership is to produce change, setting the direction of that change is fundamental to leadership. Setting direction is never the same as planning or even long-term planning, although people often confuse the two. Planning is a management process, deductive in nature and designed to produce orderly results, not change. Setting a direction is more inductive. Leaders gather a broad range of data and look for patterns, relationships, and linkages that help explain things. What’s more, the direction-setting aspect of leadership does not produce plans; it creates vision and strategies. These describe a business, technology, or corporate culture in terms of what it should become over the long term and articulate a feasible way of achieving this goal. Most discussions of vision have a tendency to degenerate into the mystical. The implication is that a vision is something mysterious that mere mortals, even talented ones, could never hope to have. But developing

ON BUHARI, NEW YORK TMES WROTE

Four months after seizing power, Nigeria’s military leaders appear to be suffering an erosion of popular support. Last Dec. 31, Maj. Gen. Mohammed Buhari led a group of young officers in a coup against the civilian Government of President Shehu Shagari, saying the takeover was necessary to save Nigeria, Africa’s richest and most populous nation, from economic collapse. The military intervention appeared at the time to enjoy enthusiastic support from a broad range of Nigeria’s population. Many intellectuals argued that the corruption and incompetence of the Shagari administration had made drastic action both necessary and inevitable. Traders, merchants and people in the streets welcomed the soldiers and looked forward to a quick improvement in their standard of living. Growing Disappointment Recently, however, there seems to be growing disappointment with both the military Government’s approach and pace. Since coming to power, this Government has not found a sing
